I Report Unauthorized Charge by Localize.mobi Without My Consent

I report that Localize.mobi withdrew ₺1,119.42 from my bank account without my prior knowledge or consent. I have never subscribed to or authorized any service from this company. Discovering such a large, unauthorized deduction from my account has caused serious financial and emotional distress. I immediately reviewed my account history and confirmed that I did not initiate or approve this transaction.

Despite my attempts to contact the relevant parties, I have not received a satisfactory response or resolution. This unauthorized withdrawal is a clear violation of consumer rights and must be addressed immediately.

I demand a full refund of the ₺1,119.42 withdrawn without my consent and confirmation that my account details have been removed from Localize.mobi’s billing system to prevent future unauthorized charges. If this issue is not resolved without delay, I will file formal complaints with consumer protection agencies and pursue legal action through the courts. I expect this matter to be resolved urgently and my financial security to be restored.
