I Face Unauthorized ₺999.41 x2 Charges From Localize.mobi on My Card

Localize.mobi withdrew two separate payments of ₺999.41 from my credit card without my knowledge or consent. I never authorized these transactions, nor did I subscribe to any service that would justify such charges. This is a serious violation of my financial rights, and I was shocked to see these payments on my bank statement.

I am requesting a full refund of both unauthorized charges, totaling ₺1,998.82, to be processed within 1 week at the latest. If this refund is not issued promptly, I will take immediate legal action to protect my consumer rights.

This type of unauthorized activity cannot be tolerated. I also call on the relevant authorities to take action against such unlawful financial practices to protect consumers from falling victim to similar incidents in the future. Please resolve this matter urgently and return my funds without delay.
