My Little Caesars Pizzas Arrived Late and Cold

On November 13, 2025, I ordered three medium pizzas from the Kavacık branch. My order was delivered about 25 minutes late and arrived cold. I reported this issue both to the branch staff and the call center, but no solution was offered. During my call with customer service, I was told—quite rudely—that the delay was due to a staff shortage. However, I don’t think this should be the customer’s problem.
I paid for my order by credit card, and my order number is 201190216457. I’ve experienced similar issues before. I request proper compensation for this mistake.
