My Little Caesars Order Arrived One Hour Late and Ice Cold

On November 12, 2025, at 9:53 p.m., I placed my first order through the Little Caesars app from the Bagcilar branch. My order of two medium pizzas and a drink was delivered exactly one hour later. However, the pizzas arrived completely cold and had lost their taste.
My order number is 201190180774. I called customer service about the issue, but I could not reach anyone and received no response.
For this reason, I request a refund for the amount I paid. I expect an urgent solution to this problem.
