Papa John’s Delivery Delayed for Nearly an Hour Despite “Delivered” Message

At 5:42 PM, I placed an online pizza order from Papa John’s through the Migros Yemek app. Just a few minutes later, at 5:47 PM, I messaged Migros Yemek to ask if I could delay the delivery time, but I was told that the order was already being prepared and about to be dispatched. Because of that, I rushed back home to receive it.
However, I received a “delivered” notification at 6:24 PM, even though the order wasn’t actually delivered until 7:14 PM — nearly 50 minutes later. During this time, I called Papa John’s customer service twice, but they offered no solution or update. When the pizza finally arrived, it was cold due to the delay.
I also reported this issue to Migros Yemek, but the lack of attention and professionalism was extremely disappointing. I request that this incident be taken seriously and that a proper solution be provided to ensure such delivery issues and false notifications don’t happen again.
