Amazon Keeps Cancelling My Mattress Topper Orders in Belfast

I live in Belfast and over the past weeks I have tried to order the same mattress topper from Amazon four different times. Three of these attempts were in September and the most recent one was on 15 October. Every single time, instead of my order being delivered, Amazon cancels the order and automatically issues a refund. I have tried to find a way to contact Amazon customer service about this but the system keeps sending me around in circles and I am not able to reach a real person or get a clear explanation. I have no information about why my mattress topper order is repeatedly being cancelled. I request that Amazon reviews my account and these mattress topper orders, clearly explains why the orders are being cancelled, and delivers the mattress topper to my Belfast address without further cancellation. If there is any issue with my address or my account, I would like it to be resolved and, if appropriate, I also expect compensation for the inconvenience and repeated failed orders.
