Domino's Sent Me Wrong Pizza Twice and Ignored My Complaint

On August 8th and 10th, I placed two separate orders through Yemeksepeti at the Gaziantep Duisburg branch. In both orders, I was sent a different pizza than the one I ordered. My order numbers are #lg2z-2532-v18n and lg2z-2532-9vke. I paid by credit card. This isn't the first time I've experienced this issue; I've encountered similar incorrect delivery. Before calling the complaint line, I contacted Yemeksepeti's customer service; they also contacted the branch but were unable to reach me, and customer service was also unhelpful. I then contacted Domino's to file a complaint. I was told I would receive a response, but I never received one. Since this situation has recurred, I demand a resolution to my grievance, a refund, the correct products sent, and compensation.
