On November 15, 2025, at around 8:00 p.m., I placed an order for a large pizza from the Little Caesars Pizza branch. My order number is 10696445657. However, even after a long time passed, my order never arrived. I had already completed the payment as well.

Despite trying to contact the branch and customer service, I did not receive any response. This situation has caused me inconvenience, and it is the first time I have experienced such an issue.

I want to share this negative experience and expect an explanation and solution from the brand.
