Rise of Kingdoms Commander Exchange Bug – Lost My Legendary Commander

I play Rise of Kingdoms, and on Friday, January 10, 2025, during an in-game event, I had a Level 55 Jeanne d’Arc commander. However, due to a game freeze, my commander was automatically exchanged for an older, weaker commander (Thutmose III) in the Legendary Commander Exchange.

I never intended to make this swap—the game lagged, and the trade happened on its own. I immediately submitted a support request (Game ID: 88626661), but Rise of Kingdoms has not responded or resolved the issue.

This was a huge loss of effort and resources, and I want my original commander restored. Rise of Kingdoms, fix this now! I worked hard for Jeanne d’Arc, and I expect support to take action!
