My Rise Of Kingdoms Account Lost After Phone Reset

In the game Rise of Kingdoms, I can no longer access my character named “themanes” on server 3882. I was always able to log in automatically from this phone, but after resetting my device, I realized I no longer remember my account login details and cannot reach my character. This issue has been ongoing for about 7–8 hours. I have not made any purchases before, and this is my first time seeking support through this platform.

I request that my account login information be provided to me and that access to my character be restored.
