PUBG Mobile Banned My Level 73 Account Without Reason — I Want My Access Restored

Hello, my PUBG Mobile account with ID 5349****84 was wrongfully banned on March 12, 2025 at 8:12 PM. I’ve been using the same device and system to log in to other accounts without any issues, yet my main, high-level account was suddenly suspended.

This account is valuable to me and has reached Level 73, and I’ve invested both time and effort into it. If there truly were any violations, I should have been notified — but no explanation was provided. Other accounts using the exact same setup were not affected, which makes this decision even more unfair.

I’m asking Tencent Games to urgently review this ban, correct the mistake, and reinstate my account immediately. I’ve done nothing wrong and deserve access to what I rightfully built. Please look into this and reverse the error.
