Clash of Clans Account Lost After 10 Years, No Response from Supercell Support
On September 21, 2025, around 11:00 AM, I suddenly lost access to my Clash of Clans account, which I have been playing for nearly 10 years. My account had a Town Hall level 17, level 224, and my clan name was Türk Yıldızları. I used to log in with my email a*****@gmail.com**, and I have proof of my in-game purchases available in my Google Play history. After losing access, I immediately contacted Supercell’s email support and in-game customer service, but two days have passed and I only received a satisfaction survey with no actual solution or response regarding my account. I also tried resetting my password and logging in from a different device, but I still cannot access my Supercell account. I play on an Honor Magic 7 Lite, and I urgently request that my account be restored and that the support team properly address this issue. Losing access to an account I have dedicated years to is causing me serious distress, and I expect an immediate resolution.
