Unable to Access Purchased Rise of Kingdoms Account

I purchased a Rise of Kingdoms account from a friend, but when I attempt to log in, it redirects me to a different account. I reached out to customer service, but I haven't received a response yet. Yesterday, someone told me to make a level 2 account in the same kingdom as my current account, and assured me that they would take care of it. But I'm still unable to log into my account. I would like to bring attention to my complaint. I sent an email to Rise of Kingdoms, but I'm still waiting for a response.
