LightInTheBox Order "Delivered" But Never Arrived
I am writing to convey my deep dissatisfaction with LightInTheBox. I made a purchase on September 10, 2023, but unfortunately, it hasn't been delivered yet.
According to my account on LightInTheBox, the order has been marked as "delivered" and is currently "awaiting confirmation." I've been getting this email asking me to confirm that I got the order, but no matter how many times I click "No," nothing seems to change.
Progress
The order I placed on Lightinthebox on September 10, 2023, has still not arrived. When I check the account I ordered from, it says the order has been delivered and is awaiting confirmation. In the email I received, they included a mini-survey about whether the order was received or not. I clicked the No button multiple times, but to no avail...
There is still no response.
The products have not yet arrived. It's not a reliable company. It's not wise to shop there.
