LG TV 50 Nano766qa Discoloration And Dullness When Different Angles

I bought a 50Nano766qa 127 screen TV from LG Aydın/Kusadasi Turkey from the dealer Enka Ticaret. One day after its installation, when the viewing angles of the TV change, the colors become dull. LG Call Center said they can't get a refund if there is no defect. When I told them that the seller did not warn me about this, he said that they should have given such a warning. The technical service said that the angle where we can see and use all the screen features of the TV is only when seated on its opposite side. He also said that we should always watch in 'live mode' from the numerous screen modes. The technical service said that if we changed our sitting and watching angle, the problem we experienced was normal, that it was not a malfunction, and that the model was like this. The seller at the dealer admitted that he had not given me such a warning. The fact that I can watch the TV I bought for my house, which I chose because of its superior features, only from a single seat just across from the TV is unacceptable. My phone calls with LG are recorded. If they had given me information about this angle problem of this TV model on sale, I would have preferred another model. As an Lg TV user from before, I think that it is unacceptable that a company as big as LG doesn't teach their sales representatives about this model's angle problem. I don't understand how the technical service knows about this and knows that it's not a problem that it's just how this model is but the sales persons don't even know about the existence of this problem. Apparently, there is not enough communication and training/education between people who work for LG, and this causes problems for buyers like me and many others who have the same complaint about this TV.
