My LG QNED 50QNED816RE TV Has Severe Glare and Washed-Out Colors at Side Angles

I purchased the LG 50QNED816RE WebOS Smart QNED TV, and it was professionally installed by an authorized LG technician. After about four months of use, I began noticing a major issue: the viewing angles are severely compromised due to extreme glare and brightness inconsistency.
When watching the TV head-on, the color, contrast, and brightness levels appear normal and balanced. But as soon as you move even slightly to the right or left, the picture quality significantly degrades. The screen becomes overly bright, the colors wash out, and the glare makes it nearly unwatchable. This is especially disappointing from a premium QNED model, which is advertised to offer advanced picture quality.
I reported the issue to LG’s authorized service, only to be told it’s “normal light refraction” and nothing could be done. That is not an acceptable answer. No customer should have to settle for a TV that’s only viewable from one spot on the couch.
