My LG 50 QNED TV Has Poor Viewing Angles – Colors Fade from the Side
I purchased the LG 50 QNED TV online, and while it looks fine when viewed straight on, the picture quality dramatically worsens when viewed from the side. From a side seat, the colors fade, and the screen turns white. This is extremely disappointing for a TV in this price range.
When I contacted LG customer service, I was told the panel is designed this way. I can’t understand why LG would produce such a subpar panel. I trusted LG’s quality, but this experience has left me deeply regretting my purchase. I am requesting a return for this product. A TV should deliver consistent quality regardless of the viewing angle, and this clearly doesn’t meet that standard.
