LG Oled65Cs3 TV Failed On Its First Day

I purchased an LG Oled65Cs3 model TV from the Vatan store in Elazığ for ₺65,000. From the first day of installation at home, the TV failed to deliver clear picture quality and displayed a blurry image. I reported the issue to the Vatan store on the same day. When the service technician came to inspect, they claimed that the picture quality was normal and refused to acknowledge any issues with the device. Vatan store also refused to offer a replacement or refund. I'm deeply dissatisfied with Elazığ Vatan Bilgisayar store and LG authorized service for their handling of this problem with the expensive TV model known for its high picture quality. Despite having purchased two LG TVs before, this is the first time I've encountered such an issue. I will not be recommending LG TVs or Vatan Bilgisayar store to anyone in my circle.
