LG Offered Next Day Installation for In-Store Purchase, Delayed for Online
I purchased an air conditioner from the LG brand. I visited the dealer before making the purchase and they mentioned that they could install it the following day if I decided to buy the specific brand air conditioner. However, I made a mistake and believed that it wouldn't have any impact, so I decided to purchase it online from Vatan Bilgisayar, which is also LG's online sales platform, to save myself the trouble of going back to the store. However, this time they are offering an appointment for installation within a minimum of 15 days. What type of demeanor is this? The next day if you purchase from the store, and 15 days later if you purchase from another location... whatever, your reputation is the one at risk.
LG is a company that mocks its customers. The air conditioner installation still hasn't been done. I am patiently waiting. Despite 18 days passing, there is no one interested or willing to help. Now they are going to give a new appointment, probably another 15 days later. If you want to be mocked, I highly recommend them; otherwise, it's a company to stay away from. I deeply regret buying a product from them.
The men don't even turn around to ask what your problem is when you complain. Such a careless company. Just imagine if the product we bought broke down... You would have no one to talk to.
