I placed an online order for an LG air conditioner, and it's been a nerve-racking two weeks of waiting for the service team to come and set it up. Despite living in Izmir, in a central area like Gaziemir, it turns out there's no service team available to handle installations in my neighborhood, worse, I've been redirected to four different service providers, and each time, they've claimed they're out of their service zone, made numerous calls to customer service, and every time, been assured that "this time, this service will do it."
