LG Air Conditioner Installation Delay

I ordered an LG air conditioner online on June 14 and paid extra for expedited shipping. The product arrived, and I scheduled the installation for June 15. However, when I called, they said the earliest they could come for installation was July 18 due to high demand. This is my first LG purchase, and I'm completely disappointed. I've bought numerous appliances for my three homes but have never experienced such a delay. How can installation be scheduled a month later? If there's high demand, hire extra staff for the summer or contract additional authorized services. What's the point of an air conditioner after the July heatwave? I urgently request my issue to be resolved. If a solution isn't reached soon, I will return the product, which will be a hassle to carry back to the shipping company. LG, you have no right to cause this inconvenience! I also filed a complaint through customer service, with complaint code Vcu240620078111.
