On July 10, I made a purchase of two LG air conditioners and immediately contacted the central service, who assured me that a technician would be with me within the next two days. However, I needed to call once more after two days had passed, and this time they provided the phone number of an authorized service center. When I contacted them, however, they denied receiving any request and offered an appointment for the 19th of July! Unbelievable! It is completely unacceptable for there to be such a lengthy wait time for the installation. My frustration is being caused by LG Electronics, and I am making it clear that I require a solution to this problem as soon as possible.
