LG AC Unit Delivery Delay and Poor Service
I recently purchased an 18,000 TL LG air conditioner from Teknosa. However, it took Teknosa three days just to ship the product, and it took Horoz Logistics a whopping ten days to deliver it from Istanbul to Aydin. I contacted the service department and requested installation, but they refused to do so until the product arrived. When it finally arrived, I called again, and they said the installation would take another 5-6 days. So they planned to install it nearly 20 days later! I contacted customer service and described the situation. I proposed returning the unit because summer would be over by then. "There's nothing we can do; our service department is overburdened," they said. When purchasing LG products, be cautious because their customer service is virtually non-existent. Furthermore, during my service calls, it took me 30 minutes just to speak with a live representative. This will be my first and last LG product, and I hope I don't have to sell it because of the company's poor attitude.
