My LG Air Conditioner Does Not Cool - No One Helps Me

I bought an LG air conditioner, but the one I got doesn't cool properly at all. The device is working, but it just isn't cooling down the room, making these hot summer days really tough to handle. I asked for a replacement because I thought the unit was faulty, but I haven't heard back from LG at all. Nothing's happening—no calls, no updates, just total quiet. I thought LG would handle customer care in a more responsible way. I’m currently without a working cooling system and no help. I want to share this complaint from Turkey, and I really need some help. This is my final option, and I’m really hoping someone at LG will step up and do something.
