Unable To Reach LG Authorized Service

Dear LG official, I live in Izmir Buca, where the temperature can get as high as 45 degrees. It has become hard to breathe in this heat. I bought an 18000 BTU air conditioner, but when I called customer service, they gave me a service number that nobody answers. Why sell air conditioners if you don't offer installation services? My spouse has a heart condition, and I beg you to hear my plea and solve this problem right away. I need you to send a service team for installation right away. It's disappointing to see other brands like Samsung and Daikin offer next-day installation to their customers. Please address our worry and find a quick solution.
