For LG uv Artcool air conditioner installation, we called customer service on July 31 and created my installation request. But for 5 days, no service has called me and made an appointment. When I called customer service again, they reached the service and told the service customer representative that they would arrive on August 22 at the earliest. Despite registering, there is no service call for 5 days and LG customer service considers this situation normal. On top of that, they give a day for the end of summer almost 1 month later. Thanks to LG, I learned which brand cannot be bought.
