LG Ceiling Fan Installation Delay Complaint
On June 9th, I purchased an LG ceiling fan, which was delivered to me on June 11th. However, it still hasn’t been installed. Despite scheduling two appointments, the technician never showed up, and I took time off work to wait for them. LG customer service keeps telling me to wait, but this is getting ridiculous. At this rate, they might as well install it in winter for me to use next year. Consider this experience before buying. I expected better from a brand like LG.
