On June 9th, I purchased an LG ceiling fan, which was delivered to me on June 11th. However, it still hasn’t been installed. Despite scheduling two appointments, the technician never showed up, and I took time off work to wait for them. LG customer service keeps telling me to wait, but this is getting ridiculous.
