Lenovo Yoga Slim 6 Screen Colour Problem
I purchased the Lenovo Yoga Slim 6 on 30/12/2023. I noticed an issue with the screen: a red line appearing below the fonts and color blocks. This line causes text to become blurry, leading to health problems such as headaches, nausea, and dizziness after more than 5 or 10 minutes of use. I sent the product to Lenovo's authorized service in Turkey twice. However, both times, it was returned with a report stating that there was no problem with the product. I recommend that Lenovo Turkey take back the product and issue a refund. I advise others to steer clear of this product.

Customer Services got back to me, thank you. In summary, Lenovo stated that the color line formed under the characters is due to the nature of the computer itself and is not considered a "problem." It was declared that the formation of another color line under all the fonts and color blocks you see on the screen (like old tube televisions), this color line slightly blurring everything (including the BIOS screen), and causing headaches, dizziness, and nausea after 5 to 10 minutes of use is "normal." It was also mentioned that the Technical Service could not provide any report on this situation due to the nature of the product (OLED screen). It is thought-provoking that advancing technology is taking us back 20 years. I will continue to seek my legal rights with the Consumer Arbitration Committee.
