Lenovo Tablet Screen Discolored Without Impact - Warranty Claim Denied
I purchased my Lenovo tablet on 28.11.2024. Despite there being no drops or impacts to the screen, 5–6 areas of color distortion appeared on their own. I use the device with great care and have always kept it in a protective case. I sent it to the authorized service center, but they returned it claiming it was user damage due to screen pressure. The service team did not perform any intervention—not even cleaning the screen. This situation goes against warranty terms and Consumer Rights. The lack of support for the product has caused significant inconvenience. I request that Lenovo resolve this issue and compensate for the hardship I’ve experienced.
