Lenovo Service Is Uncaring About Customers
Because the screen on my Lenovo tablet was cracked, I took it to the service center. To my surprise, the service center demanded a screen replacement fee that was nearly as much as the cost of a new device. In light of this, I declined the repair and instead requested that they send my tablet back after I paid a service fee of nearly 500 TL. Despite having paid the service fee, I'm still waiting for my tablet after a month. This entire experience has left me frustrated and disappointed. I trusted Lenovo's service to provide a reasonable solution, but the exorbitant fees and delay have only added to my annoyance. Lenovo's reputation is at stake, so I hope they address this issue as soon as possible.
