Lenovo Service's Delayed Tablet Return and Exorbitant Repair Costs
I recently sent my Lenovo tablet for service due to a broken screen. However, the service center quoted an exorbitant repair fee for the screen replacement, which was higher than the cost of a new tablet. Naturally, I declined their offer, paid nearly 500 TL as a service fee, and requested the return of my tablet. It's been a month, and shockingly, THEY STILL HAVEN'T RETURNED MY TABLET FOR WHICH I've PAID. To make matters worse, the authorities in Turkey seem unresponsive to this issue. This ordeal has left me frustrated and in disbelief. It's essential that consumers receive fair and transparent service, and situations like these should not be allowed to persist. I hope to raise awareness about the challenges faced by consumers dealing with service centers and seek a resolution to this unacceptable delay.
