Lenovo Overcharges for Frozen Screen Fix After Warranty Expires

My Lenovo laptop experienced screen freezing issues after the warranty expired. I contacted the authorized service center in Maltepe, Istanbul. There, I witnessed another customer unable to afford the repair cost for the same issue, resulting in them taking back their product. The next day, I was informed that I needed to pay ₺18,554.52 to resolve the problem. Such a high amount is demanded for a motherboard replacement. I believe Lenovo products are of poor quality and a waste of money. Additionally, they stated that if I don't pay ₺430, I wouldn't get my product back. I want all consumers to be aware of this situation.
