Lenovo Declares My Tablet with Cracked Screen a Wreck and Offers Silly Refund!

Lenovo tablet's screen ended up cracking. the service's response is so confusing - they said my tablet screen is completely wrecked. It's kinda weird and makes me wonder if the product is any good at all, I mean who wouldn't question this?? kinda funny and sad that they thought a cracked screen was a total loss and gave a not-so-great compensation. We used to trust the Lenovo brand, maybe if we went with a different brand, they would've had our back with their product better. checking out other complaints and it seems that lots of people have been given crappy compensation for their messed up devices. We're pretty bummed about this situation.
