On November 16, I ordered a Lenovo Ideapad Gaming 3 from the online store. The device quickly discharges, and I contacted A101 ® to inform them that I want to return the product. They told me about the need to provide a service report and comply with the return conditions within 15 days. I contacted Lenovo, and they told me that before sending it to the service, it is necessary to update the BIOS. After remote connection and installing updates, the BIOS was updated, but the problem persisted. I was suggested to perform a formatting using an empty flash drive, but the issue did not disappear. Eventually, the device was sent to the service in Istanbul, the battery was replaced, but the problem remains. Again, the charge does not hold, and I requested a defect report, expressing my desire to return the product. No one is trying to solve the problem. I am simply dismissed, offered remote connection and testing, saying that they might send the device to service again. Why should I spend my time on all these details? The computer is defective, and even the service couldn't solve the problem. I don't want this computer. I am greatly bothered by all this bureaucratic process. I work, and I don't have time for this.

In the first week after purchasing the computer, I said that I wanted to return it, and they say they have no record of my return request. A101 asked for a malfunction report for the return, so I talked to Lenovo and sent it to the service after a lot of procedures. They did not send a malfunction report from the service. I only have a paper indicating that the battery was replaced. I talked to Lenovo, and they said A101 would accept the computer with this paper. After my complaint, Lenovo called and said this paper might not be sufficient, and that they would take it to the service for a malfunction report. No one seems to be aware of each other's actions.

I sent it to service for the second time due to a charging issue. They say there is no problem, that this is the appropriate power consumption for Lenovo standards for this computer. Lenovo customer service mockingly says to use it while plugged in. A101 doesn't take the computer back either; they practically dumped the faulty computer on me. I will not shop from either of these places again, and I will tell my friends not to do so either.
