Lenovo Ideapad Gaming 3 Laptop Drains Power Fast
We purchased the Lenovo Ideapad Gaming 3 laptop approximately 23 months ago. Since the moment of purchase, its battery quickly discharges when in use, such as browsing the internet, without being connected to the charger. I contacted Lenovo support regarding this issue. They said, 'Let's take a look at the laptop's battery condition.' The laptop was with me at home, so they scheduled a meeting. On the day of the meeting, I brought the laptop to my office, but they did not call me. Later, I received an email and a message: 'You will need to call at this time on this day.' Again, they did not call me. 'We couldn't reach you with your request,' they said. They later changed the hours and sent me another email, but again did not call. Then they called at a later time. I said that I don't have the laptop with me and that I no longer want assistance because I plan to sell the laptop and switch to another brand. After that, they sent me the following email:
Dear customer! We tried to call you, but couldn't reach you. Therefore, the corresponding request is closed. To receive support for any ongoing issues, you can contact our call center from 09:00 to 18:00. Thank you for your understanding.
