Lenovo IdeaPad Slim3 Core i3 Customer Complaint and Return Policy

I bought a laptop, "Lenovo Ideapad Slim3 core i3," just 3 days ago from the store. The device does not meet the stated specifications and quality that the staff mentioned. It charges abnormally quickly and also discharges rapidly. It heats up quickly, sometimes emitting unpleasant sounds in the background. I was not informed that the device requires 2 hours for a full charge, and despite that, it cannot even last for 1 hour. Before purchasing, I asked to see the open device, but I was told that this device is sold in a closed package. I came for another PC model, and despite my persistent attempts to see another brand, I was constantly offered this laptop, claiming that the other brand is bad. The seller claimed that i3 and i5 have the same characteristics. Since the purchase, due to my busyness, I couldn't even touch the PC. The next day, inspecting the device with my sister and friends, we discovered problems. Since before the purchase in the store, there was no opportunity to familiarize myself with the product, there is no confirmation that the device was checked in the store. The device was opened after the purchase, but it was not done for "checking" but for installing antivirus software.

Today, I went to the store to return the product. I talked about the problems but received a strange and absurd explanation. I mentioned charging problems, but I was answered as if mocking: "The device is testing you," and was told that if there are no problems, I can come and pick up my product. The service was extremely irresponsible. Only 3 days have passed. I returned the product in the condition it was delivered to me. I didn't install anything, didn't even open an account. I am not satisfied with the product, and customer service leaves much to be desired. We always made purchases in this store with my sister, but this is the first time we have encountered such a negative situation. If the refund is not made, I will have to intensify my complaints and, if necessary, seek help from other authorities. Deceiving people shouldn't be so easy. It was my reliable brand. The last time I was informed, the issue was transferred to customer support, and I hope for a refund. Awaiting results.

I am waiting for the situation to be resolved. I absolutely do not accept irresponsible behavior as if there is no problem when there is one. I will take the matter to the Arbitration Committee within a few days.
