Request to Replace Lenovo Ideapad Gaming 3 170W Adapter

My Lenovo Ideapad Gaming 3 Intel Core i7 11390H 16GB 512GB SSD RTX 3050 laptop, covered by warranty, was shipped with a 135W power adapter instead of the specified 170W. After contacting Lenovo customer support, they assured me of an exchange for the 170W product and instructed me to send back the current product to the provided addresses. However, starting from 10.11.2023, on the third attempt, they refuse to accept my product and return the shipment. Customer service representatives, namely A***, K****, and finally S****, have consistently engaged in deceptive communication, leading me astray, causing not only a waste of my time but also incurring shipping costs. I cannot comprehend how a leading company like Lenovo allows the presence of such irresponsible employees. I demand an urgent resolution to this issue and want to make it clear that I will utilize all my legal rights.
