LEGO Flower Set Came With Missing Pieces After Purchase

Approximately one week ago, I purchased a LEGO flower set from the Toyzz Shop store at Vialand. After returning home, I opened the package and began assembling the model. During the build, I discovered that several of the pieces used to form the flower stems were missing.

Unfortunately, I misplaced my receipt after purchasing the product, and I no longer have proof of purchase. The store also did not record my name or phone number during the transaction, so the purchase cannot easily be located in its system. Because of the missing pieces, I am unable to complete or properly use the set.

I kindly request that the missing parts be supplied and sent to me, or that another appropriate solution be provided to resolve the issue with my incomplete LEGO set.:::
