I purchased the Lego City 42107 Motorcycle set about 5–6 weeks ago from the store in Izmir Hilltown. When I opened the box, I noticed that one wheel (rim) piece was missing. Because of this, I submitted a missing part request through Lego’s website and completed the application. However, when I checked again today, I was met with a warning that shipments to Turkey are not available.
Since there is no support for missing parts, I am experiencing a problem and cannot complete my product. I request that my missing part be sent, or that users in Turkey be allowed to benefit from this service. I kindly ask that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
