On November 1, 2025, at 8:52 p.m., I purchased the LEGO Friends 42649 set from the LEGO Store at Hilltown Mall. When I opened the product and checked the contents on November 3, 2025, I noticed that the sticker sheet—which is supposed to be included—was missing. The receipt number is 0088. The set contains three separate bags, and I haven’t opened the last one yet, but the most obvious missing component right now is the sticker sheet.
I’ve never experienced an issue like this before, and the main reason we choose LEGO is to avoid these kinds of problems. However, this situation has shaken my trust in the brand. I request that the missing sticker sheet be sent to me.
