I Bought a New LEGO Set but It’s Missing Parts

On November 8, 2025, I purchased the LEGO 21362 set from Agora Armağan Toy Store. However, when we arrived home, I discovered that a piece was missing. When I reported the issue and asked for help, they did not assist me in any way. Not only did they refuse to provide a solution, but they also told me they could not help at all.

I bought a licensed product and paid a significant amount of money. They should stand behind their products and provide support when there is a problem. I request assistance from the store regarding this issue.
