I Can’t Finish My LEGO Tuxedo Cat Set Because a Key Front-Leg Piece Is Missing

On October 31, 2025, I purchased the LEGO 21349 Tuxedo Cat set through Hepsiburada (order number: 4210790994). Today, when I reached Bag 11, I noticed that one of the main pieces used to build the front leg was missing—four stacked pieces that form the structure. I was able to complete one leg, but I cannot build the other because its main parts were not included in the bag. I haven’t encountered any missing pieces in the previous bags I opened.

I kindly request that the missing part be provided to me.
