Lee Cooper Jacket: Twice the Trouble, No Response

I purchased a jacket from Lee Cooper for my brother in January 2023. After only a few times wearing it, the outer surface began to pill. I sent the jacket in for a check-up, and they agreed to swap it out.
The new jacket came in, but this time the issue was even more severe. The lining inside was coming off and getting all over my brother's clothes. I reached out to Lee Cooper again and requested another exchange, but they declined. They told me I could only get my money back for the jacket, but the store I got it from wouldn't take it back.
I've attempted to contact Lee Cooper customer service several times, but I have never been successful in reaching them. I've also sent them multiple emails, but they never got back to me.
I'm completely frustrated. I just want to get a refund for this faulty jacket, but Lee Cooper is making it really difficult.
