Columbia Jacket Sleeve Pilling After Few Wears – Denied Exchange or Refund

October 23, 2024 10:53 AM26

I purchased a Columbia jacket on November 19, 2023, and soon noticed pilling on the sleeves, which feels uncomfortable every time I wear it. Hoping for a resolution, I sent it back, requesting a refund or exchange. However, after 21 days, I received a rejection notice. For a product I paid a considerable amount for, I expected Columbia to stand behind their quality. Even lesser-known brands offer refunds for minor issues, so this response from a reputable brand like Columbia is disappointing. I can no longer trust Columbia’s products or service and won’t be purchasing from them again. I urge Columbia to reconsider and address my issue promptly.
