In August, I bought a Lacoste t-shirt from the Armada store as a gift for my brother. Despite wearing it only once, the shirt developed pilling under the arms. I returned it to the store for inspection, hoping for a resolution. Five days later, I received a message at 11:47 PM stating that my request was denied, and I should pick up the shirt from the store. To this day, I haven’t received any follow-up from the store. I am disappointed, as I trusted Lacoste for quality but feel they have sold me a defective product. I expect Lacoste to take responsibility and compensate me for the inconvenience caused by this faulty item.
