LCW Payment System Failed and Kept Me From Using My New User Discount

I wanted to purchase a jacket priced at $70 through the LC Waikiki (LCW) app. Since I was signing up for the first time, a $10 “welcome” discount was automatically applied to my account. However, on January 2, 2026, between 5:00 PM and 11:00 PM, I tried many times to complete the purchase but kept receiving an error at the payment step and was unable to finalize the transaction. I first contacted my bank, and they confirmed that there was no issue on their end and advised me to contact LCW. I then reached out to LCW’s WhatsApp support. During the first conversation, they asked whether my app was up to date, and I confirmed that I was using the latest version. Despite this, they suggested that I try using the website instead, claiming the issue might be bank-related. I tried multiple times through both the app and the website, but I received the same error each time. I can shop online without any issues on other websites using the same credit card. When I contacted LCW’s WhatsApp support for a second time, I explained that I had already tried the website and still received the error. This time, they told me to try again through the app and to delete and re-add my saved card. Each time, responsibility was shifted either to the bank or to a different method of trying, while the possibility that the issue might be caused by LCW’s own system was ignored. I also saw many similar complaints on Şikayetvar, which makes me believe that the problem is related to LCW’s online payment and system infrastructure. I am not asking for a free product; I simply want to purchase the jacket my son likes using the welcome discount that was assigned to me. Due to this technical issue, I do not want to miss out on the discount or continue hearing the same repeated instructions. I request that the system issue be resolved so that I can purchase the jacket using my assigned discount, and that I receive a clear and concrete response regarding this matter.
