I placed an order on LC Waikiki’s website (LCW) on July 10, 2025. Just one day later, I received confirmation that my items had been handed over to Hepsijet for delivery. However, it has now been several days, and I still haven’t received my package. I have repeatedly called customer service and submitted delivery issue reports, but no one has offered a real solution.
This ongoing situation has left me frustrated and extremely disappointed. I’m tired of chasing after my own order while the logistics company continues to provide zero accountability. This experience has shown me clearly that Hepsijet is a major letdown when it comes to reliable delivery.
If a company can't deliver packages properly, why does it even exist? I expect LCW and Hepsijet to urgently investigate this issue and ensure that my order is delivered immediately. Please stop making customers regret trusting your service.
