My order of 16 items from the LCW app on 14/10/2024 arrived on 18/10/2024 with 6 items missing. Right after opening the package, I contacted customer service, and they assured me that they would handle it and call me back. However, I received no update until 23/10/2024. I posted a complaint on this site on 22/10/2024, and while I received a response shortly after, I was still not given any information about the missing items. I’m left unsure if these items will ever arrive or how this issue will be resolved. The total cost of the missing items is ₺1,773.31, and as of today, 01/11/2024, I have yet to receive my complete order.
