LCW Delivered My Order Without the Baby Girls Tank Tops I Bought


My order number 2509101201317, placed with LCW on September 10, was delivered to the carrier on September 15, and since I live abroad, it arrived on September 30. However, the two-pack of baby girls’ square-neck tank tops I ordered was missing. On the day I received the package, I contacted LCW customer service multiple times via WhatsApp and email, but each time I was told there were no missing items and that the order was shipped complete. My request was denied. I have faced similar issues around five times before, including missing items, receiving the wrong size, and having orders canceled due to stock issues. I’ve also noticed other customers reporting similar problems in product reviews. In September alone, I spent approximately 8,500₺ on LCW purchases, and despite my total order being worth 2,173.04₺, I was charged 189.99₺ for items I never received. I demand a refund for the missing product, compensation for the inconvenience, and if LCW insists there was no mistake, I request the inspection records and proof of shipment. Additionally, since I’m not a Turkish citizen, I can’t appeal to local authorities or access camera footage, which makes it difficult to defend my rights. I ask LCW to prioritize customer satisfaction and take the necessary measures to ensure such problems do not happen again.
