I frequently shop at Lancome’s official store, but my recent perfume purchase was disappointing – the 100 ml bottle arrived about a finger’s width short. When I contacted customer service, they simply stated, “The product is volatile, so there’s nothing we can do,” which is unacceptable for a high-value item priced around ₺5,000.

To Lancome, I ask: if your perfume is so premium and valuable, does it truly “evaporate” while sealed, or was it filled inadequately? It shouldn’t be difficult to address this concern and ensure customers receive what they pay for. I expect Lancome to take this issue seriously and rectify the shortfall.
